Neil,41yrs, is married to Melanie and has three sons, Daniel, aged 18, Matthew, aged 14 and Adam, 2yrs. He is a Police Dog Handler with Suffolk Constabulary, based at Force Headquarters, Martlesham Heath, handling a general purpose GSD and a drugs/cash detection Springer Spaniel.

Prior to joining the police Neil spent 5 years as a Police Dog Handler in the RAF, primarily based at RAF Wattisham, but also spent time in The Falkland Islands.

Bobby on a Bike was Neil's idea, an idea he had back in October 2000, he's proud that after 7 years, Bobby on a Bike is stronger than ever and, is very excited about this next challenge. Neil's wife, Melanie will be assisting in the support role for this coming event, after his middle son Matthew assisted on the 2005 trip.

A book of the 4 'bobby on a bike' events is the plan after the the 2008 event.....or will there be another bike ride ????
